Basic characteristics of ALFATEC cutting tables

Our goal is to produce high quality and reliable devices. We manufacture a whole range of these types of equipment according to size and type of use, including a wide range of accessories.

We produce cutting tables in two basic lines, differing in design and equipment.

Portals of the PROFI line

ALFATEC cutting tables of the PROFI line with sectional extraction type are characterized by a very high-quality, robust construction. The method of extraction of harmful fumes is solved using a special sectional extraction table (with 2 to 8 independent sections, depending on the size of the table, equipped with pneumatic flap opening) with very high extraction efficiency. The tables are ready to be connected to a filter and extraction unit or a powerful fan (we can offer one on request).

EKONOM tables line

This is an economic variant of ALFATEC cutting tables. Compared to the PROFI line, they are designed for a central (not sectional) method of extracting harmful fumes with lower efficiency and a less robust construction. The maximum table load is 400 kg/m2. Other parameters of the equipment of this line is identical to the PROFI line.

Control panel for cutting tables

Each ALFATEC device includes an ergonomically designed control panel, equipped with a high-resolution monitor with a 24” diagonal (optionally with a touch screen) for maximum operator comfort. The control panel contains a powerful miniPC, safety relays, power supplies and control elements. The connection to the computer network is realized via Wi-Fi or cable. The computer is running Windows 10. Pre-installed software: CutComp, WRYKRYS.

CutComp Control program

CutComp is the software part of the control system that is designed to provide an interface between the entire machine system and the operator. The program works on the Windows XP/7/8/10 OS platform. The operator controls the device using a wireless keyboard and mouse. The user interface is very comfortable and intuitive with wide options for optimizing the entire process. All ALFATEC devices can be integrated (via WIFI or by cable) into a computer network and thanks to this, for example, share underlying (DWG, DXF) files or remotely diagnose the behavior of the entire system, etc.

Creation of plans

The software part can be expanded with the WRYKRYS technology program for easy preparation of plans.

Flame cutting, milling can be added

ALFATEC cutting tables are mainly used for the thermal separation of material using plasma technology, but they can be extended or replaced by a variant of material separation with a flame (acetylene/oxygen), especially for the purpose of dividing material with a thickness of approx. 25 – 50 mm. The CutComp control program is equipped as standard with algorithms that ensure automatic ignition/extinction of the flame, automatic preheating, time sequences, monitoring of the height above the material, etc. The system is also prepared for the integration of proportional valves with the possibility of continuous regulation of the flow of individual gases.

Another possibility of using the tables is for milling purposes. Any manual or machine milling machine, or engraving or drilling head can be used for these purposes
